Metal Sheet Laser Cutting Machine

This machine automatically cuts the metal sheet into a precise shape with the exact measurements needed for the panelboard.
Cebu Tristar Corporation operates an advanced manufacturing machine equipped with computer numerical controlled fiber laser technology. This machine utilizes a concentrated beam of light to cut through metal sheets. The 2023 model can process metal sheets up to 3048 mm long, 1524 mm wide, and 45 mm thick. Its dimensions are 8840.0 mm x 2240.0 mm x 2520.0 mm, and it weighs 6500 kg.
This powerful equipment will enable us to handle a wider range of projects and significantly accelerate our manufacturing processes, adapting to various job requirements.

Compact Metal Turret Punch Press
We also use a "Compact Metal Turret Punch Press" to make holes in the plain metal sheet. This will serve as a front and back shield cover plate for the panelboard. It adds both beauty and safety to the panelboard once it is installed. Not only that, a Compact Metal Turret Punch Press can also be used in any operations.

CNC Pressbrake PBH110 Machine
Subsequently, the metal sheet undergoes a bending process to form a box-shaped structure. We utilize two synchronized hydraulic CNC press brakes to precisely bend the sheet, which will serve as the foundational component of our premium electrical panelboards.
We are equipped with two hydraulic synchronized CNC pressbrake, with a 110-ton capacity, 3100mm bed length, Delem DA-66T touch screen control, 7-axis functionality (Y1, Y2, X, R, Z1, Z2, and CNC crowning), and Rolleri tooling, enables us to meet our clients' demands for fast and reliable high-quality products.

Welding Process
The next crucial stage in the manufacturing process is welding. The edges and corners of the box are precisely joined together using advanced welding techniques. Powder Painting
To prepare the metal box for powder coating, it undergoes phosphating. This process cleanses the surface of impurities and applies a protective phosphate layer, ensuring optimal adhesion of the powder coating and enhancing the final product's durability and corrosion resistance.
After phosphating, the metal box undergoes pre-cooking. This process involves heating the box to a specific temperature to prepare its surface for the subsequent powder coating stage. This step is crucial to ensure optimal adhesion of the powder coating, resulting in a durable and high-quality finish.
The specialized coating applied to our panelboards not only imparts a distinctive aesthetic appeal but also significantly enhances their durability. This combination of style and robustness elevates our panelboards to a premium quality standard, setting them apart from ordinary products.

Finale Stage
Once the metal box has been coated with the desired color powder, it undergoes a final curing process. This crucial step involves subjecting the coated box to elevated temperatures, which activates the powder coating and fuses it to the metal surface. This process ensures optimal adhesion, durability, and a flawless finish. With the powder coating fully cured, the metal box is now ready for the subsequent assembly stage. This involves the precise installation of bus bars and circuit breakers, which are the essential components that enable the panelboard to perform its intended function.
Once the assembly of the bus bars and circuit breakers is complete, the panelboard undergoes rigorous testing to ensure its optimal performance and safety. This comprehensive testing process involves a series of meticulous checks, including verifying the correct installation and functionality of all electrical components. Technicians meticulously examine the wiring, connections, and terminations to identify and rectify any potential issues. Additionally, the panelboard's electrical parameters, such as voltage, current, and insulation resistance, are meticulously measured and compared against established standards.
